Complete matched pair of seats with headrests and all plastic knobs and fasteners, as would be included from the factory.  Adjustable thigh pad, adjustable recline, and seat back tilt.  Includes fasteners to attach seat adapters to the seats.  Verified in functioning condition.  Note that the early E21 Recaro seats have no decorative covers over the lower hinge parts.
